No one is born to do crimes, unlike poverty, individuals aren’t born to be the criminal, or “person of danger”, it’s the path lead to do crimes, not born naturally to be criminally enhanced for evil deeds.

Boston marathon incident occurred due to pipe bombs, European terrorists use a simple van or truck to ran people down; weapon of mass destruction, can be, anything, even a laptop can be dangerous, or the smartphones.
Of course, it's nice to limit access to weapons that can cause public danger; however, if the society can't solve the root cause of those issues, nothing much can rid those terrible events from happening..

March For Our Lives Rally Thousands gathered in downtown Washington, DC for what was called the “March for Our Lives” rally. It was organized by students of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida who survived the shooting that killed 17 people on February 14, 2018. Several of them addressed the rally, joined by other students from around the country affected by gun violence and called for legislation to help end gun violence. Several artists performed at the event including Jennifer Hudson, Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Ben Platt.

March For Our Lives Rally Thousands gathered in downtown Washington, DC for what was called the “March for Our Lives” rally. It was organized by students of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida who survived the shooting that killed 17 people on February 14, 2018. Several of them addressed the rally, joined by other students from around the country affected by gun violence and called for legislation to help end gun violence. Several artists performed at the event including Jennifer Hudson, Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Ben Platt.
