Fourth of July, 2010.

First of all, Happy Birthday, USA~~
Secondly, I hate you... hating you for giving us the freedom to explore, the desire to learn more, the very foundations those boring founding fathers setup for us, and not only for themselves, but for anyone who seeking freedom that can't be found in their homeland... thus, open this Newfoundland land to those needed, instead of locking it up...
Although, hmm, the original goals of Adams, Jefferson, Franklin, Washington, Hamilton, Madison, and Jay, are very far from us... this land is, still a free will country, can't complain about that... maybe too free sometimes... well, asides that little department called I.R.S...
1776, must be a chaotic year, and prior to that, life must be in a hardship...
In the course of human nature, if things are somewhat suitable, there's no need to bring changes at all... don't even take the subject of revolution, riots, or rebellion of sort... that, is bloodily business... although Chinese done it a lot, but at the same time, it does have a long history of violence and top-down slavery root in it, even till today...
United States of America, is, not the perfect place on Earth, yet, it's close to wonderland, if, you're not living in N.Y., or CA....
Lifestyle of U.S., is considered "heaven" to many around the world...
So, is this "heaven" sinking?? maybe so... 'cause it gives a lot, at the same time, it also takes a lot.... that's just normal in any government's standard... the reason it's "sinking" is that the ratio of its 'giving-taking' is somewhat unbalance compared to other nations...
First Amendment and Declaration of Independence limited this nation's power in various degrees... thanks to the "founding idiots" that are generously open its door to the public... If, those founding individuals are Asians at the time... history, will be very different....
Utopia, is a dream they wish to create, for themselves, and future generations... to certain degree, this Utopia is still existing in the root, just not on the skin level... it's the "dream" that keep flocking immigrants into this land... However, sadness part is that new immigrants only wish to stay in New York, Los Angles, S.F., or somewhat scaled metropolitan... to, obtain what is achieved... well... take things for granted if you will...
Don't get me wrong, the larger the Metro, also the harder it is to survive, due to competitions...
Just that, in U.S., there are vast majority of lands waiting to be explore, and unlike China or India, everywhere you go in U.S., you are unlikely to get lost or can't live... thanks to its transportation system layouted long ago, and its well designed civil plans, well, almost "well"...
If you travel a lot around the country, and if you stop to thinking about it, "planning" is the strength of American culture, since day One....
Probably thanks to those smart founding fathers whom "thought too much"... left the foundation for generations to follow...
"In chaotic times, comes with greatness of people", this holds true in any place on Earth... it is those who "think" that will sacrifice for the general public...
Humble heart, is, one of their common trademark... although with different styles...
Precious hearts are hard to find, generosity isn't a crime, greedy is also not a sin, yet willingness to open, is one of the hardest thing you can find in human nature, especially, open to the unknown...
4th of July, isn't about BBQ or fireworks... there's a much deeper meaning behind it...
U.S. history didn't tell us much, it just lay there, waiting for us to dig, dig out "what happened" during that time...
No matter what score you got from A.P. History, if you can't "feel" it, it's just a textbook note, waiting to be shred...
Often time I think that, to learn more at later age is much more effective than crunch all info into the teenager's mind...
History do taught us a lot, any cultures' history is a pearl in the shell, only if you know how to open it...
Well, still, 4th of July is a story about bunch of idiots trying to rebel... and the sad part is, they succeed... oh well, people can have luck sometimes... can't blame them...
In many Asian's mindset, "oh, they must pray the correct god..."
Yeah, I do have to say, Jesus is, very busy... taking all the cases at the same time... wonder if he gets time off or vacations... hmm...
Cultural heritage is, unparalleled, the essence of it, is different from culture to culture, even the smallest culture you can find... All because, it's the 'experience' of the ancestors, even if it's not yours...
Open up the heart and listen to them... you will hear much more than the fireworks..
So, is the American sinking???
Hehe, that answer would be an infinite loop... frankly, I would like to found out as well... ;]
---
Happy 1776~~ Thanks thee~ seriously...
---
Thanks to my parent for bring me into this wonderland, also, took away my freedom to be, 'not learn'... life does suck without that atrribute... not funny...
